Please note: A few of our clients were unable to access Canopy from work. Their company’s IT department have blocked websites that are not in their network, even if they are safe website like Canopy.

​If this is the case with you, simply access Canopy from home, rather than from work.

After we create your account, we’ll email you an activation link. Once you click the link, it will ask you to create a password for your account. Your account will be associated with the email address you use with us, or you can change it after activation if you prefer.

Warning: please do not compromise your security by creating an easy password. Easy means that it is also easy for criminals to guess it! We strongly recommend that you enable two-step verification for extra security.

Tip: there is a blue "Forgot password" link right next to the Log In button.

Uploading documents to Canopy is as easy as attaching documents to an email or using Dropbox.

Simply log in, click on the folder with your name on it, and drag and drop your documents. You can also use “Upload File” button located to the top right of the screen.

If you need to upload an entire folder, just zip the folders first and then drag and drop them into your folder.
